No. This is coaching, not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support. Therapy is a licensed clinical field for mental health care. If you are in acute distress, processing active trauma, or need clinical support, working with a licensed mental health professional is the right path.
This work sits in a coaching frame: present-focused, integrative, and oriented toward real-life change. We may look at the past when it helps explain a pattern you are living now, but we do so in service of what becomes possible next: clearer choices, steadier boundaries, more honest decisions, and a different relationship to yourself in daily life.
The approach is holistic. Alongside conversation and reflection, I bring attention to the body, the nervous system, and, when useful, energy work. Many high-functioning people already understand their patterns intellectually; the deeper shift is learning how those patterns live in the body, behavior, and choices. The aim is not endless analysis. It is embodied clarity you can act from.
