FAQ

I have read the books and done the therapy. Is this different?

Yes. Many people I work with already understand their patterns. They can explain the fear, the family system, the attachment style, the nervous system response. The issue is not lack of insight.

The issue is that insight has not yet changed how they choose, speak, rest, relate, or trust themselves. This work helps bring what you understand into your body and your actual decisions, where change becomes lived rather than theoretical.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching, not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support. Therapy is a licensed clinical field for mental health care. If you are in acute distress, processing active trauma, or need clinical support, working with a licensed mental health professional is the right path.

This work sits in a coaching frame: present-focused, integrative, and oriented toward real-life change. We may look at the past when it helps explain a pattern you are living now, but we do so in service of what becomes possible next: clearer choices, steadier boundaries, more honest decisions, and a different relationship to yourself in daily life.

The approach is holistic. Alongside conversation and reflection, I bring attention to the body, the nervous system, and, when useful, energy work. Many high-functioning people already understand their patterns intellectually; the deeper shift is learning how those patterns live in the body, behavior, and choices. The aim is not endless analysis. It is embodied clarity you can act from.

What actually happens in a session?

We start with what is real: a decision, pattern, relationship, transition, or place where you feel stuck. From there, we slow it down enough to see what is actually happening underneath the surface.

That may include direct conversation, reflection, pattern-mapping, somatic grounding, and practical next steps. The goal is not just to understand yourself better. It is to notice what happens in your body, behavior, and choices, so you can respond differently in real life.

Is it confidential?

Yes. I treat what you share with care and discretion. I do not discuss your story casually or use identifying details without permission.

Coaching is not the same as therapy or legal counsel, so it does not carry the same formal privilege. There are also standard safety exceptions if there is risk of harm. Within those boundaries, the space is private and held with respect.

What is your professional background?

My background combines nearly ten years in management consulting with body-centered and energetic work. From 2014 to 2023, I worked in banking and strategy consulting across Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, New York City, and San Francisco, often around high-performing people carrying pressure they had very little space to examine.

I also hold a Reiki certification and draw on somatic grounding in my work. I am not a therapist, and this is not clinical mental health care. My role is to bring sharp pattern recognition, grounded presence, and practical integration so insight becomes real-life change.

What if I am not sure what I want?

That is completely workable. Many people arrive with a sense that something is off before they can name exactly what needs to change.

You can bring the confusion itself. We will look at what feels misaligned, what keeps repeating, and what your next honest step might be. You do not need a polished goal to begin.

Can I book a single session instead of a package?

Yes. Beyond the free introductory call, you can book a single paid session for one specific question, decision, or pattern you want to work through. If a longer engagement feels right after that, we can discuss what structure makes sense. There is no obligation to commit upfront.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the format — single session or package. I share the options during the free call once I understand what you are working with. There is no pressure to decide on the spot. If cost is a concern, say so; I would rather have that conversation than have it be a barrier.

What happens after the free call?

After the call, we will name what kind of support would actually be useful. You can decide whether to book one session, continue with a package, or simply take the clarity from the conversation.

What should I bring to a session?

There is nothing you need to prepare. You can show up exactly as you are, even if things feel messy or unclear. If you have a specific question, situation, or pattern you want to explore, we can start there too.

Do sessions happen online?

Yes. Sessions take place by video call, so we can work together wherever you are. Sessions are available in English or German.

Is the coaching available in different languages?

Yes. Sessions are available in both German and English. You are welcome to choose the language that feels easiest, most natural, or most honest for the conversation.

Still have questions?

The free call is the right place to ask them.

45 minutes. No pitch, no pressure. We talk through what is happening for you and whether this kind of work makes sense.
