What is your professional background?
My background spans two areas I bring together in this work. Professionally, I spent nearly ten years as a management consultant in banking — working with organizations and leaders across Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, New York City, and San Francisco from 2014 to 2023. In those rooms I encountered the same pattern consistently: high-performing, self-aware people carrying pressures they had never been given space to examine. I also hold a Reiki certification and draw on somatic and body-centered approaches in my practice. I do not hold a formal coaching certification. What I bring instead is a combination of a demanding professional background, significant personal inner work, and a trained attention to what the body holds that conversation alone rarely reaches.
Is this therapy?
Therapy and coaching are both valuable — and they work differently. Therapy is primarily a healing practice: it works with what happened — the roots of your patterns, the wounds, the ways you adapted to difficult experiences. Coaching assumes you are already functioning. The focus is not on diagnosis or treatment, but on your present patterns, your choices, and what stands between you and how you want to live. That said, good coaching is not purely a thinking exercise — I draw on somatic grounding and Reiki in how I work, because insight that stays in the head rarely becomes real change. The body holds what the mind has already analyzed, and we work with both. I am not a therapist and I am clear about that distinction. If you are navigating active trauma, a clinical mental health condition, or crisis, therapy is the right first step. If you have already done that work and want support focused on how you choose to live and move now — this is where that happens.
Is it confidential?
Yes. What you share is held with care and confidentiality, with standard safety and legal exceptions if there is risk of harm.
What if I am not sure what I want?
You do not need a perfect answer before we start. Bring the question, decision, or pattern you are sitting with, and we will clarify what matters and what next step makes sense.
Is the coaching available in different languages?
Yes. Sessions are available in both German and English. You are welcome to choose the language that feels easiest, most natural, or most honest for the conversation.
Can I book a single session instead of a package?
Yes. Beyond the free introductory call, you can book a single paid session for one specific question, decision, or pattern you want to work through. If a longer engagement feels right after that, we can discuss what structure makes sense. There is no obligation to commit upfront.
What should I bring to a session?
There is nothing you need to prepare. You can show up exactly as you are, even if things feel messy or unclear. If you have a specific question, situation, or pattern you want to explore, we can start there too.
What happens after the free call?
After the call, we will name what kind of support would actually be useful. You can decide whether to book one session, continue with a package, or simply take the clarity from the conversation.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the format — single session or package. I share the options during the free call once I understand what you are working with. There is no pressure to decide on the spot. If cost is a concern, say so; I would rather have that conversation than have it be a barrier.
Do sessions happen online?
Yes. All sessions take place via video call, which means we can work together regardless of where you are located. I have worked with clients across Europe, the US, and Asia.
I have read the books and done the therapy. Is this different?
Usually, yes — and the difference is often the body. If you are asking this question, you have probably already done the intellectual work. You understand your patterns. What you may not have addressed yet is how much the body is holding: unprocessed emotions, old tensions, the habitual ways of bracing or shutting down that developed long before the insight did. Reading and talking alone rarely shift those. Part of how I work includes somatic grounding — helping what you already understand move from your head into something you can actually feel, and from there into real change.
